COIL WINDINGS

Component windings use copper wire with diameters from 0.025mm up to 2.5mm on formers up to 300mm in length and 200mm diameter, however bespoke components can be specified outside of these parameters subject to sight and approval of drawings.

Wire coatings and thermal classes for all applications can be accommodated including; Solderable Polyester, Bondable, Polyimide ML, Polyester/Polyamide-imide, Inverter Grade and triple Insulated.
